Swing on over and join us for our 1st Annual Golf Tournament benefitting Jars of Clay.

The tournament is open to all. You don't have to be a good golfer to play. This is not a professional golf tournament, this is fun! Our goal is to have a good time, enjoy some good smokes and raise money for a good cause.

There will be prizes, a raffle, "mulligans" (do overs) that can be purchased, and a cookout.

The tournament will be a 4-man Texas Scramble that begins with a 9 a.m. shotgun. Deadline to register for the tournament is Wed., September 1st. The cost for the event is $115, which includes 18 holes of golf, riding cart, continental breakfast, lunch, giveaways, and prizes. There will be an awards presentation and raffle following the golf.

I'd sign up but I really, really suck at golf. I think it's a great cause and hope you guys have a blast.

FWIW, I like Jars of Clay the band, too.
