How do I add a Word document to a thread, as well as a picture?

I don't believe you can add a Word doc to a thread here, Vic can correct me if I am wrong on this one.
To get around that there are 2 things you could do:
1) Upload the document somewhere else and paste a link here.
2) Scan the word doc as an image and add it as a pic...

TO ADD A PIC:
There are a few ways to do this, here's the one that is easiest for me.
- Upload the pic to a photo sharing site (for single pics I like Tinypic.com, for uploading several at once use the albums here on C4 and link to that)
- After you upload the pic you will be shown various links to the image, you want to copy the IMG code.
- I've pasted a pic of me uploading a pic to Tinypic to show you what it looks like.
